1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AirHOA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use AirHOA on behalf of a homeowners association, you represent that you are authorized to manage that association account and its records.

2. Service Purpose

AirHOA provides tools for homeowners associations to manage homeowner records, properties, assessments, payments, ledgers, expenses, announcements, reports, users, and role-based access. The service is an operational recordkeeping tool and does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, or property-management advice.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and using the service only for lawful HOA-related purposes. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of homeowner, billing, collection, and announcement records they enter or approve.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another association without permission, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer the application, or use AirHOA to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of others.

5. HOA Data and Content

Your association retains responsibility for the records, announcements, financial entries, and other content submitted to AirHOA. You grant AirHOA permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the service.

6. Availability and Changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, reliability, or product development. We will use reasonable care to preserve access to core records, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AirHOA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered records, unauthorized account access caused by credential misuse, or third-party services outside our control.
