1. Information We Collect

AirHOA collects information needed to create and operate HOA portals, including names, email addresses, contact numbers, account credentials, property details, homeowner records, billing records, payment records, ledger entries, announcements, user roles, activity logs, and support communications.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide secure account access, verify homeowner registration, manage HOA records, display ledgers and balances, process administrative workflows, send service-related notices, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Google User Data

If AirHOA allows you to sign in with Google or connect Google services, we request only the information needed for that feature, such as your basic profile information and email address unless a specific Google integration requires additional permission. Google user data is used only to provide the requested feature, is not sold, and is not used for advertising.

AirHOA use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized users within the same HOA, service providers who help operate the application, legal authorities when required by law, or another party with your direction or consent. HOA administrators may access association records according to their permissions.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and HOA records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain financial and operational history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. Some records may be retained after account closure when required for audit, security, or legal reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including account authentication, role-based access, tenant-aware data separation, and activity logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their passwords and report suspicious activity promptly.

7. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting your HOA administrator or AirHOA. Some requests may be limited when records must be retained for legitimate HOA operations, security, legal compliance, or financial history.

8. Children

AirHOA is intended for HOA administrators, board members, managers, and homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
